All express post is registered and must be signed at delivery.
All parcels are carefully wrapped and posted via Australia Post or delivered locally by our own company.
We set "authority to leave" on all of our orders. Items will be left at a safe place at your instruction and at delivery drivers discretion. Delivery drivers will not leave your parcel if they think it's not safe. Please give permission and detailed description where to leave your parcel in a safe place in the "Notes" section in your Checkout/Shopping Cart.
If there is no safe place to leave your parcel, please consider using a work or other location for a safe drop delivery.
We have a 48 hour dispatch on regular deliveries and 24 hour dispatch on Express. Dispatch occurs in Business hours Monday to Friday 9 - 5pm
All orders from email@example.com once dispatched, will receive a confirmation email with a link to view current order status and delivery details.
Dependent on location, delivery will be between 4-7 business days. We are unable to deliver to a P.O. Box Address or Parcel Lockers and we do not ship outside of Australia.
