Refund Policy

Every product we stock has to meet the highest standards and are thoroughly checked and carefully packaged before they're sent. If for any reason you need to return a product, we'll ensure the whole process is as simple and speedy as possible. We are happy to offer a store credit or exchange on an item you've purchased from us. Simply contact us within 30 days of your order date, email us at

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and returned within 30 working days of receipt of parcel. Unfortunately we are not able to cover return postage fees unless an error has been made on our part. If this is the case, we will refund you the cost of postage.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Some hair and beauty items cannot be returned if original packaging has been opened, due to health and safety regulations in Australia. These include but are not limited to, hair brushes, hair accessories, skin and makeup accessories. Please contact us for further information and questions on return items.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are happy for you to return your item(s) for a store credit or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and we will inform you of your store credit.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless an error has occurred on our part.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
